Along with your Cloud Automate subscription plan, you can turn on extra services that unlock even more power from the platform. We’ve already handled all the complicated setup for you – no need to build or maintain difficult systems yourself.

For example: instead of creating and managing your own phone system, you can simply activate the Cloud Automate Phone System. Everything is ready to go.

When you enable any of these extra services, a Wallet is automatically created. This is the account used to pay for usage of the additional features. 

 

What is the Wallet?

The Wallet holds credits. Every time you use one of the paid services below (such as Phone, Email, or AI), a small amount is deducted from your Wallet balance.

You top up the Wallet automatically using the card on file – the system recharges it whenever the balance falls below a set minimum. You can change the minimum amount (at the beginning 10 usd) and recharge size at any time in your settings. You will be charged the first $10 the first time you use any of the paid features.

 

Phone System (LC Phone)

The Cloud Automate Phone System lets you send and receive SMS and calls directly inside the platform – no third-party phone provider needed.

Email (LC Email)

LC Email is a built-in email service with excellent deliverability, error tracking, and compliance features – so your emails are much more likely to land in the inbox instead of spam.

It’s also significantly cheaper than most other email service providers.

Pricing: $0.81 per 1,000 emails

What if I connect my own email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to send e-mails from CRM?

  • If you send emails through your own SMTP server → no LC Email charges apply (we’re not handling the delivery).
  • If the system still uses LC Email (for receiving, routing, or forwarding messages) → those emails are charged at the LC Email rate.

 

Email Verification (LC Email Verification)

This tool checks whether an email address is actually deliverable before you send to it – helping you avoid bounces and protect your sender reputation.

Available on all plan levels.

Pricing: $3 per 1,000 verifications — lower cost than most major providers.

You don’t have to use it all the time, but if your hard bounce rate goes above 5%, turning this on is strongly recommended.

 

Premium Triggers & Actions

Some automation triggers and actions are marked as “premium”. Each time one runs it costs $0.012 per execution (about ¼ the cost of Zapier’s base plan).

Regular (non-premium) triggers and actions are completely free.

 

WordPress Hosting

Around 43% of all websites run on WordPress.

With Cloud Automate you can host and manage WordPress sites directly inside a client sub-account.

You log in the normal way (e.g. mywebsite.com/wp-admin) to edit content, themes, plugins, etc. – just like any other WordPress site.

Pricing – Standard – $12/month for 1 WordPress site ($129,60/year)

 

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world.

Cloud Automate integrates directly with it, so you can capture messages, reply in one place, nurture leads, and close more sales – all inside the same platform.

Pricing: $12/month per sub-account that uses WhatsApp.

These optional services save you time and money while keeping everything in one easy-to-use system.

 

Conversation AI Pricing (Pay-Per-Use)

Conversation AI pricing is transitioning to token-based, with model token usage at API pricing. This change ensures you pay exactly for the tokens you use.
